Ghana Premier League side Bechem United have told their head coach Manuel Zacharia to step aside over what they termed as 'unprofessional behaviour' on the part of the coach.
According to a letter sent to the coach and signed by the club's bankroller Kingsley Owusu-Achau, the club feels that the coach doesn't have the temperament to help the club avoid the drop zone after the Portuguese trainer entered into a sore argument with the club's team manager over issues concerning his girlfriend.
'We would like to notify you of our decision that you immediately step aside from all activities of Bechem United. This includes but not limited to training the players, handling technical direction for matches, team selection and sitting in the technical area matches.
