Chelsea star Baba Rahman has credited the gateway to his career success to the head coach of Division One side Karela FC Frimpong Manso insisting the gaffer initiated his career success.
The Black Stars left back was a member of the U17 side that played under Frimpong Manso in 2008 and has insisted that Manso defined his career success.
Speaking to Starr FM in Accra, Baba Rahman was grateful to the former BA United and Kessben FC Manager for giving him opportunity to play under him.
Baba added that Manso exposed him to continuous football play which shaped him well making him used to the game.
'In my growth I think during the Under-17 time, Frimpong Manso did a great job with us, always playing football and we got used to playing football leading to our development', he told Starr Sports.
Baba Rahman is currently with the Chelsea side in the United States for pre-season following the arrival of Italian gaffer Antonio Conte.
