The Ghana FA spokesperson Ibrahim Saanie-Daara has discarded media reports that Hearts of Oak duo Samudeen Ibrahim and Patrick Razak have been handed Black Stars call-ups.
A report on Kumasi-based radio station Fox FM claimed the two players have been invited for the World Cup qualifier against Uganda on 10 October.
But the Black Stars next assignment is the final Group qualifier against Rwanda at home in September.
"Please there has been no call-ups and Avram Grant has not selected his players for the next assignment," Sannie-Daara said.
"The Black Stars next assignment is a Nations Cup qualifier not a World Cup qualifier so the media reports are false."
