Former Black Stars striker Ibrahim Tanko fears the feud between Ghana FA and Sports Ministry could cost Black Stars qualification for the 2018 World Cup.

The federation is not in good terms with the ministry following the constant attacks launched in the media by the Minsiter Nii Lante Vanderpuye since he took over.

The team has been drawn in a tricky group E of the alongside Egypt,v Congo and Uganda with Grant's men taking on Uganda on October 3 in its first match.

And former Cameroon assistant manager wants both parties to settle their differences and concentrate on helping the Black Stars qualify.

'There is no easy game because when you look at Egypt,i think they would like to qualify be all means because of what happened to them last time around'.

'We have to really prepare very well but my fear is we are not preparing but we are fighting with each other when you look at the FA and the Sports Ministry and is not the best for a football nation like Ghana'.

'But i hope they will solve their problems and we concentrate on the qualifiers'Tanko told Starr FM Sports.
