Liberty Professionals' juvenile goalkeeper, Issaka Mohammed, is reported dead after crashing head-on with a striker during a football match Sunday.

Issaka was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead on Sunday.
He was sent to the Police Hospital on Friday where he was referred to the 37 Military Hospital that same day.
