The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (pfaG) has sent a farewell message to the Ghana Black Satellites (U20) ahead of their African Youth Championship (AYC) qualifying match against Senegal this afternoon.
A statement signed by the General Secretary of the pfaG, Mr. Anthony Baffoe reads – “The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana believes that everybody will play his heart out to represent Ghana adequately.”
“Remain focused, tactically disciplined, play with a big heart and follow the Coach's instructions. Senegal is a strong opponent, but we believe in your qualities as a team,” the statement further advised.
“May the Good Lord bring you back safely with a very positive result,” the statement noted.
A good result for Ghana in the two legged encounters with Senegal will give the Satellites a qualification pass to the 2017 African Youth Championship in Zambia.
