Ghana's Confederation Cup campaigners, Medeama SC has departed for DR Congo for their opening group phase fixture against TP Mazembe.
The Tarkwa giants left the shores of Ghana Thursday night with 30-man contingent made up of 18 players, six technical men, three management members and three media men.
The Yellow and Mauves come face to face with a TP Mazembe side that has seen it all on the continent and beyond.
It will be Medeama's first ever game beyond the playoff stage of a Caf competition.
