Andre Ayew felt victory over Liverpool set the standard for Swansea City.
Ayew has admitted in the past his first choice when he planned on moving to the Premier League was the Merseyside outfit, but opted for the Swans with a £5m signing-on fee.
He said: "We all wanted to have a better season especially the way we started but that's part of football.
"I've scored 10 goals which is good for a midfielder so I am quite happy.
"Hopefully I can get one more before the end of season, but what's important we are safe and hopefully in the last two games we can play our football like we did against Liverpool."
