Medeama do not know the whereabouts of head coach Tom Strand after the Swede trainer failed to show up for their outstanding league clash against Inter Allies in Tarkwa on Wednesday.
The club's technical director Evans Augustine Adotey had to supervise their controversial 1-0 win over Allies.
Strand abandoned his responsibilities during last Sunday's 3-0 defeat at Aduana Stars and has since not rejoined the team.
"Yesterday (Tuesday) we had a session in Tarkwa he wasn't around so being the technical director I will have to stand in," Adotey said in a post-match interview.
"Today as well Tom Strand was nowhere. I had a wake up session at 7:00am this morning (Wednesday) but he wasn't around so I decided to step in his shoes.
"I have called him twice, thrice. His phone was off the whole day, the whole night until like 1:30am his phone was off."
It will be recalled that last month Strand refused to coach the team for the second half of their league clash against Asante Kotoko in Kumasi after the rest of his technical team disagreed with his choice of substitution.
