Outgoing chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association [GHALCA], Alhaji Ali Raji has congratulated newly-elected chairman Kudjoe Fiano pledging his support to help him succeed.
The AshantiGold CEO pulled 63 votes as against 13 votes by each of the other contestants to win the race as the new boss of the association.
And the outgoing chairman believes with the needed support and guidance, the new chairman will succeed.
'I wish to congratulate Fiano and his team and I pray for them to succeed,' Alhaji Raji said in an interview with GHANAsoccernet.com
'I pledge my support to the new team and anytime they need my advice or guidance, I won't hesitate to offer any,' he added.
Alhaji Raji chaired the association four years and will be officially handing over the mantle of leadership to Kudjoe Fiano on 28th April 2016.
The newly elected chairman, Kudjoe Fiano, will serve a similar four-year tenure.
