Muniru Sulley remains positive despite season ending injury

Ghanaian midfielder Muniru Sulley has encouraged his fans to look beyond the challenges of today and that he was certain that he would return stronger than ever.

Sulley came out worse after he was headed in the face by an Astra Giurgiu player during Wednesday's Romanian League Cup semi-final second leg.

He had to be rushed to a hospital in Bucharest in an ambulance and was admitted as an emergency case.

Diagnosis has revealed the younger brother of Sulley Muntari will not play again this season but the young midfielder remains positive and says the injury will serve as a booster for his career.

"About last night. Do not expect only happiness in life. There will be dark times, but remember that the stars need to shine darkness. I will come quickly," he wrote on the social network Muniru.
