Frank Acheampong: Ghana winger scores in Anderlecht 3-0 win

Frank Acheampnog was on target as his Anderlecht side defeated Zulte Waregem 3-0 in the Belgian top-flight on Saturday night.

The Ghana winger broke the deadlock in the 28th minutes after converting a fine  low cross from teammate Andy Najar.

The first half started off with chances on both sides of the pitch. Anderlecht had most ball possession, and there were several scoring opportunities through Praet, Djuricic and Acheampong.

Alexader  Büttner and Matias Suárez added two more goals in the 60 and 91 minutes respectively to round-up victory for Basnik Hasi's side at the Stade Constant Vanden Stock.

It was his third goal in two matches for for Acheampong after being deployed in a playmaker role.

Achampong has now scored three goals in 16 League games for his side this season.

Anderlecht are still third on the League table behind Gent and Club Brugge with 51 points after 26 games.
