Winning the Africa Youth championship is not my target-Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin

Head Coach of Ghana's U- 17 team Paa Kwesi Fabin says he is not fixed on winning the Africa Youth Championship as that will be an added bonus.

The former Inter Allies coach has just finished his scouting of the whole nation where he was on the look out for player who would represent the nation at the U- 17 level.

Fabin saw all his hard work go down the drain last year after his team was disqualified for fielding an unqualified player.

He says his aim this year is to build a squad that will proceed to the U-20 and ultimately the Black Stars.

'My concentration is not on winning and winning the champions no that is not what we are looking at,' Fabin told Accra based CITI-FM

'That will be the added bonus but I am looking to build a team that will develop and benefit this nation in the future.'

The experience coach was a record to have said that Ghana's triumph in the past in juvenile competitions was down to age cheating.
