Angry ex-Kotoko striker Amed Toure has vowed to drag a Ghanaian legislator Kennedy Agyapong to court for defamation after e accused of infecting local TV presenter Afia Schwarzenegger with the deadly HIV virus.

The outspoken Member of Parliament made the damning and earth-shattering revelation about the amorous relationship between the two individuals.

Afia Schwarzenegger, labeled largely as a 'loose tongue' and an 'uncivilized' TV personality, launched a sensational attack on the business tycoon, accusing him of dealing in narcotics.

Agyapong is reported to have insulted the mother and brother of Ghana president John Dramani Mahama, but shockingly the TV personality assumed the role of the spokesperson for the Ghanaian leader.

In her response to Agyapong, he labeled wild allegations against the controversial and tough-talking MP.

But it appears the 'all-knowing' Okay FM' has met her 'meeter' with Kenndy Agyapong descending heavily into the gutters to expose the so-called Ghanaian celerity.

But in the midst of the storm, ex-Kotoko striker Amed Toure, has found himself back in the media spotlight for the wrong reasons.

The MP accused him of infecting the under-fire TV personality of the deadly HIV/AIDS disease.

But Toure has not take kindly to the allegation and has vowed to sue the MP.

'I can say he is senseless because he is an elderly man with little brains. It's unfortunate that a man of Ken Agyapong's caliber will make such unfounded and scathing allegations against me," Toure told Happy FM.

"I don't even know Afia Schwarzenegger physically. I have never had anything to do with her whatsoever."

Toure added: "I have to take the matter to court to seek damages and to clear my name and hard won reputation. I have never been diagnosed of HIV and I even sent you some of my medical report when the news broke out initially."

"I have a wife and a son who are both not HIV positive so how can you label me as having contracted the virus. He has to come to court to prove it.'
