Former Asante Kotoko front man Ahmed Toure has threatened legal action against Kennedy Agyapong, MP, Assin Fosu for defamation.

The player’s name is embroiled in the Kennedy-Schwarzenneger second audio saga, in which the MP fingered Schwarzenneger as having contracted HIV from Toure.

And reacting to the story from afar, he said in plain words that he and his US-based legal practitioner are on their way to the law court to file a suit against the Ken City Media Limited boss.

He told this writer that “If he has a problem with Afia, why should he mention my name?

“I heard him on tape saying Toure of Kotoko has infested Afia with HIV. I don’t have HIV, and am ready for medical examination to prove my innocence.”

“I will sue him for destroying my reputation, I have not had any close relations with Afia, I don’t even have her number.”

” I was with my wife when I was in Kumasi, so I don’t know what the man is talking about.

“He should come and come clear, I didn’t fail any medical with a Tunisian team as it is out there, am not happy,” the Ivorian Burkina Faso striker added.

The former Ghana Premier league best player parted ways with Kotoko when his contract ran out few weeks ago.
