Experienced AshGold goalkeeper Fatau Dauda is upbeat about his side's chances against Algerian side M.O Bejaia ahead of their CAF Champions League game.

AshGold will be making a return to CAF's flagship competition this weekend but have been disappointing in their preparations ahead of the game.

A flat GHALCA 6 competition was followed by a painful defeat at the hands of Medeama in the 2016 Super Cup game which is the curtain raiser for the Ghanaian season.

These disappointing results have flattened expectations ahead of the Champions League game on Sunday the 14th of February but goalkeeper Fatau Dauda says they will respond.

'I know very well that the results in recent times have been very disappointing but the performance has not been,' Dauda said

'We are determined to get it right and make sure that everything works well for us.'

'Every team member is determined ensure success and whenever the feeling is this way we come out well.'
