Mr. Roy Arthur has been elected as Chairman of the Central Regional Football Association (CRFA) after beating incumbent Mr. MNS Doe at the elections held on Thursday October 8.
At the end of voting, Mr. Roy Arthur secured 26 votes to beat the incumbent who had 24 votes out of the total vote cast.
Mr. Roy Arthur will therefore represent the Central Region on the next National Executive Committee of the Ghana Football Association.
In a related development, Mr. Kojo Yankah has retained his position as Chairman of the Western Regional FA.
Delegates endorsed him unanimously after he contested unopposed in the elections held on Thursday.
