Black Stars head coach, Avram Grant has named Richmond Boakye-Yiadom in Ghana’s starting line up against Rwanda in Saturday’s 2017 Afcon Qualifier in Kigali as he will partner Jordan Ayew.
The 22 year old attacker takes the position of Asamoah Gyan who had a knock in Ghana’s 3-2 friendly win game against Congo Brazzaville while Daniel Amartey starts ahead of Jonathan Mensah.
However, Andre Ayew has been handed the captain arm band due to Asamoah Gyan’s absence as Razak Braimah maintains his number one spot.
