The Health & Fitness Expo being organized by the Millennium Marathon Sports Ltd is the biggest attraction at the Aviation Social Center in Accra.
All participants of the Millennium Marathon are directed to collect their running kits at the Center and last Saturday was quite a busy and challenging day as organizers put the registration processes and procedure together.
Mrs. Carthy Morton Project Director of the Expo said the number of people who attended the Health Seminar and registered on the first day was very encouraging because some of the nation’s best marathoners like Godwin Adukpo and his team were there to register.
She noted that the registration process is very smooth and there are many new products and services at the exhibition mounted by vendors who are supporting the Millennium Marathon.
She commended the newly signed coach of Accra Hearts of Oak who attracted media attention when he came to register.
On the first day of registration, participants were taken through an aerobics session by Maabena Antwi of Fitvolution.
The Expo which started on August 29, 2015 will end on September 4, 2015. September 5, 2015 is day for the big event in the millennium city of Accra.
