Manchester City are close to signing Kevin de Bruyne from Wolfsburg after agreeing an initial £54 million for the former Chelsea player.

The Etihad club will offer the former Chelsea player a contract until 2021 worth £15 million a year. The deal could be confirmed in the next 24 hours.
