Next Saturday, a special free massage exercise is expected to characterize this year's Homowo Festival Gala competition slated for the Kaneshie Bishop Wembley Park.
Arranged by Dreamland Sports Plus in collaboration with Young and Old Keep Fit Clubs, the day-long event will draw eight communities from Okaikoi and its environs.
Chief Executive Officer of Dreamland Sports Plus Emmanuel Ola Williams said the program is in commemoration of the Ga Traditional area's victory over famine in times past.
Expected to grace the event are Nii Darko-Ankrah, Ampema Barusso, former Black Stars players, Robert Akosah, Benjamin Baiden, Lovelace Niiquaye, Aryee Aleke, Shaibu Salifu, Olabode Williams, Nicholas Ackah Yensu, Harry Boney and Eric Nyarko, among others.
Hon. Ahmed Arthur, the MP for Okaikoi South, will be the Guest of Honour.
The program is being sponsored by Robb Ointment, 8PM, Juver, Labios Ghana Limited and Bishop Canteen.
