Accra, July 31, GNA - Black Queens coach Yussif Basigi, has assured Ghanaians of qualification to the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil, as Ghana lock horns with the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon in the second leg of the qualifier at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.

The Black Queens hold a 1-1 away advantage over their opponent who shattered Ghana's dream of partaking in the quadrennial competition in the last edition.

The Lionesses who competed in the Women's World Cup 2015 exhibited an impressive performance having gone past the group stage and narrowly losing to China to exit.

Basigi told the GNA Sports that "The team is in good shape and much ready for the game. For now we are set to eliminate the Cameroonians.

"As the game goes, we will vary our tactics. We are not going with one tactical play but we will under study our opponent because we do not know the tactics they will employ here. So we will map up a tactical ploy as and when useful.

''We are practicing penalty kicks in case the game travels to that stage and we have gotten seven of our players who we can rely on so much on when it comes to penalty shootouts but we do not even want to get there but if it happens, this time around, we will turn the tables around.

"Psychologically, we have tuned our minds to get the needed qualification for the competition. We are poised to get there because we have not been to the Olympics before and we want to get there for the first time''.
