Ghana international, Rashid Sumaila has finally joined Kuwaiti side Al Qadsia on a three year deal from PSL side, Mamalodi Sundowns, Allspprts.com.gh can reveal.
The former Asante Kotoko guardsman prior to the start of last season's PSL fell on the pecking order of Pitso Mosmane's side after a brilliant debut season helping the Brazilians to win the 2013/14 South African league.
Due to Sumialia's inability to break into Sundowns set up he was sent on a 6month loan to Al Qadsia where he helped the Kuwaiti side to win the Amir Cup, placed third on the log sheet and Quarter finalist in the Asian Champions league.
With his splendid display during his loan spell scoring two goals in 16 games, Al Qashia has formally captured the Ex Dwarfs defender on a three year deal.
Rashid Sumaila is yet to get call into the Black Stars set up since the 2014 mundial in Brazil.
