Ghanaian-born Burkina Faso international Nii Adama Plange is set to play his first match for his new side Academica on Sunday.
The talented right-back will line up to face second-tier side Feiranse.
The Fetteh Feyenoord Academy graduate penned a two-year deal last Saturday from Vitoria Guimaraes.
He was born in Accra to Ghanaian parents but holds a Burkinabe passport and has featured thrice for the Stallions in friendly matches which included the 2011 clash against South Africa.
The 26-year-old has previously represented Sporting Lisbon.
