Sporting Mirren fined GHC500 for players cautions/expulsion

Sporting Mirren FC has been fined an amount of GHc500.00 after four players of their players were cautioned and one player expelled from the field of play in their match against Tema Youth FC.

The Match Reports indicate that four players of Sporting Mirren FC were cautioned and one player was expelled from the field of play by the referee for various reasons.

The actions or inactions of the players are in clear violation of Article 53 of the Disciplinary Code of the Ghana Football Association.

Pursuant to Article 15(b) of the GFA Disciplinary Code and Article, 39(8)(b) and 39(8)(d) of the General Regulations of the GFA, should Sporting Mirren FC fail to pay the fines stated above within the stipulated 14 days upon the receipt of this letter, the club shall forfeit all its subsequent matches until the fine is fully paid.
