Amazing Sulley: Muntari’s time at AC Milan finished - Agent

Italian Serie A club AC Milan terminated the contract of Ghana international Sulley Muntari earlier this week after three years of service.

Muntari who joined AC Milan from city rivals Inter Milan in 2012 missed the ending of last season for his club after a mutual agreement of him sitting out games.

The suspended Black Star was linked with a move away form Milan which was made inevitable after his terminated contract.

Fabio Pastorello, representative of Sulley Muntari has highlighted on circumstances leading to his client's departure from the Serie A club. Pastorello told Milan Channel:

'Sulley is very attached to Milan, Galliani and the whole club, but he realized that his time at AC Milan finished and so he has come to this decision.

'Muntari had realized that he was not included in [AC Milan's] plans, and therefore didn't want to be a burden on the club.

'The future? Still nothing for now, there has only been contact with some teams. Sulley has great human qualities, he is an amazing guy.'

Sulley Muntari will not be short of options with transfer links to a host of MLS clubs, English Premier League sides and other suitors in Turkey.
