Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah has confirmed he is making moves to leave French club Evian TG.
The 24-year-old is a free agent this summer after the expiration of his four-year contract with the Roses.
Mensah will be looking to leave Evian especially following their demotion from Ligue 1.
The former Udinese man hinted he could be moving to another club who play in the top division.
“There might be a possibility that I might move to a different club,” he told Metro TV.
“I want to progress in my career and we are working on something so hopefully things will go well.”
Mensah is however unable to play for club and country until after October following a four-month ban slapped on him for infringing on transfer rules with his move to Evian in 2011.
