Orebro's Ghanaian defender Sam Mensah faces an indefinite absence from football after he was sent to an emergency room with heart problems.
The defender had come on as a substitute in a game against GIF Sundsvall on Saturday only to complain of chest pains after the game.
Orebro's assistant manager Axel Kjall who accompanied Mensah to the hospital says the experience was a bad one for the entire team.
'He will not train for a while. When such a thing happens,you certainly do not work out.Right now he must rest and recover. He has been very tired.
Orebro's team doctor Ulf Nordstrom says it is unclear what the problem is say further tests must be carried out before Mensah will be allowed back into football.
Sam Mensah is a former Right to Dream graduate and joined Orebro from Ostersunds last season.
