Italian giants AC Milan have terminated the contract of Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari with immediate effect, the club confirmed on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old had one year left on his contract but was relegated to the background last season.
He fell out with former coach Fillipo Inzaghi and fell down the pecking order.
