Ghana U20 star Clifford Aboagye feels his breakthrough season at Granada will come this term.

The 20-year-old is coming off a good individual campaign with the Black Satellites at the 2015 U20 FIFA World Cup where Ghana crashed out at the Round of 16 stage to Mali.

Aboagye had been with the youth team of Granada for the past two seasons.

The talented playmaker is however yearning to break into the first team and get the chance to play in La Liga.

Aboagye who played for Ghanaian Premier League club Inter Allies before his move to Europe believes the breakthrough he craves for will come in the ensuing season.

'Every player's dream is to play in La Liga because it is one of the greatest leagues in the World,' he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

'I am still young and very hopeful of getting a chance to break into the first team.

'I want to work very hard this season to break into the first team and get a lot of playing time.

'I think this year will be my breakthrough because I am very happy here. I came here as an 18-year-old and have adjusted to the life and culture here.'

Aboagye made his first team debut for Granada in a Copa Del Rey match last season.
