They may be enduring difficult times in their footballing career.

But that didn't stop sacked Schalke 04 midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng from visiting his friend Sulley Muntari to go shopping in Italy.

Kevin-Prince Boateng and Sulley Muntari were spotted out and about in Milan on Thursday, May 22.

Kevin-Prince and Muntari were teammates at AC Milan for two years - between 2011 to 2013 - before Kevin-Prince move to Schalke 04 in the Summer of 2013.

Kevin-Prince was suspended indefinitiely by the club earlier this month following a 2-0 defeat at Cologne, with Sport Bild reporting that a speech given in the dressing room after the loss led to the dispute.

Allegedly, the former Ghana international urged other members of the squad to finally act like a team, with the club now believing he is a divisive influence.

Muntari is coming to the end of a difficult season at Milan—possibly the worst of his career—where he has reportedly made himself unavailable for selection after being told that he is surplus to requirements.

West Ham United had previously been named as potential suitors for the temperamental midfielder, and while the player is believed to prefer a return to the Premier League, the Hammers' interest may have cooled.

Muntari, who previously featured for Sunderland and Portsmouth in the top flight, is also reportedly attracting attention from Everton

Both Boateng and Muntari were sent home from the 2014 World Cup hours before Ghana's final group stage game due to disciplinary reasons.
