Club, Venue Media Officers taken through modern trends of communications at GFA review workshop

The Ghana Football Association held a one- day workshop aimed at reviewing media operations for the first round of the First Capital Plus Premier League.

The event which was held at the GFA Conference room on Tuesday was attended by Club media officers for Premier and Division One Clubs as well as the various Venue Media Officers.

President of the GFA Kwesi Nyantakyi who opened the workshop, reiterated its essence and added that it will help the participants to

Acquire the skills necessary to do the work.
"What we do is of interest to the public be it matches or anything this seminar will help the club media officers and our venue media officers to acquire high ethical standards in doing their work.

"It is also important that you learn the modern methods of communications in football matches and competitions", Mr Nyantakyi added.

FIFA General Coordinator Anthony Baffoe delivered a lecture on the matchday operations for the media and also explained the needs of journalists when reporting matches.
