Sporting Mirren fine GHc125 for being late to Pre-match conference

Sporting Mirren has been fined an amount of One Hundred and Twenty-Five Ghana Cedis (GHc125.00) in respect of their GN Bank Division One League match against Okwawu United FC played at Nkawkaw.

The Official Reports indicated that that the club appeared at the pre-match technical meeting grounds after the meeting.

This action of your club is in clear violation of Article 23(3)(b) of the General Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

In accordance with Article 23(3)(b) of the General Regulations of the Ghana Football Association, Sporting Mirren FC is hereby fined an amount of GHc125.00 payable to the GFA within 14 days upon receipt of this letter.

Further take notice that pursuant to Article, 39(8)(b), 39(8)(d) and 39(8)(f) of the General Regulations of the GFA as amended, should Sporting Mirren FC fail to pay the fines stated above within the stipulated 14 days upon the receipt of this letter, the club shall forfeit all its subsequent matches by the Division One League Board or the GFA until the fine is fully paid.

Should the Club be dissatisfied with this Decision, they have within three (3) days of being notified of this Decision to appeal to the Appeals Committee.
