Eden Hazard is among six Chelsea players in the PFA Team of the Year. The Belgian is joined by Blues team-mates Diego Costa, Nemanja Matic, Gary Cahill, John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic... as well as former Chelsea man Ryan Bertrand, now of Southampton.
The XI was revealed ahead of tonight's PFA Awards ceremony, when one of Hazard, Harry Kane, De Gea, Costa, Alexis Sanchez or Philippe Coutinho will be crowned Players' Player of the Year.
There is no place for Sergio Aguero in the XI, despite the Argentine having netted 21 league goals for Manchester City this term. Cesc Fabregas, who has set up 17 goals for the league leaders, also misses out.
