Fulham delivered a huge blow on a straight qualification to the English Premier League to Albert Adomah and his Middlesbrough side on Saturday.
Fulham on home grounds edged their hosts by a goal in the seven-goal thriller.
The home side went two goals up via a Michael Turner goal and a penalty kick from Ross McCormack before Adam Reach pulled on back for away side Middlesbrough.
McCormack restored the two goal advantage for Fulham before Daniel Ayala and Kike put Middlesbrough level with two minutes to the end of regular time.
Fulham however masterminded a dramatic ending scoring in additional minutes to claim a 4-3 win against Middlesbrough.
Middlesbrough's straight qualification to the English Premier League will be all but lost if AFC Bournemouth win their home game against Bolton Wanderers with just a second game to go and a goal difference of 16 between Middlesbrough and AFC Bournemouth.
Adomah and his side would have to fight for the last qualification spot via play-offs. Follow @kboakye92
