The Humanity Magazine, which promotes sports and education of the girl-child, has rewarded the Nima Divisional Commander of MTTU, ASP Hajia Sa-ada M. Muhammed for her outstanding motorbike heroics at Ghana's 58th independence celebration at the independent square, Accra.
The magazine champions the cause of women in Africa through education and sports.
Hajia was rewarded with a cash price of GH¢5,000, which she in turn donated to the Kayayei Projects, which uses sports to raise funds with which to build educational institutions in northern Ghana.
She appealed to northern leaders, chiefs, district heads, assembly men and women to embark on sensitization programmes about girls.
