Breaking News: Sellas Tetteh lists 13 foreign-based players in preliminary 35-man squad for FIFA U20 Word Cup

Ghana U20 coach Sellas Tetteh has named 13 foreign-based players in his provisional 35-man squad the upcoming FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand.

The list includes Cagliari ace Godfred Donsah who has been revelation in the second half of the Serie A.

Ebenezer Ofori, who is a star performer for Swedish giants AIK Stockholm has been included in the pack of players.

Goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi of Red Bull Salzburg is part of the preliminary squad.

Only one member of the bronze medal winning team at the African Youth Championship, Stephen Anokye-Badu, was left out of the squad.

Tetteh will to select his final 21-man squad for the tournament which will run from May 30 to June 20.

Ghana open their campaign against Austria on Saturday 30th May at the Wellington Regional Stadium before facing Argentina, Panama in Group B.
