Kumasi Asante Kotoko manager David Duncan has praised striker Ahmed 'simba' toure profusely for his predatory instincts. He described the Ivorian import's goal as an opportunistic one and a typical striker's goal.

To Duncan, the only goal in their game against Liberty Professionals appeared easy, but it took the calculation and well positioning of Toure to ensure the clinical finish.

In a post-match interview he said: 'The goal was not an easy one, I describe it as an opportunistic one. It was a typical striker's goal. He seized the chance and made good use of the opportunity.

'I give him all the credit for his predatory instincts. The team also acquitted themselves well though fatigued due to recent travels- Algeria, Bechem and all that.'

Toure's goal takes the striker's tally to five, just three behind current leading scorer Gilbert Fiamenyo.

Last Sunday's victory was Coach Duncan's second straight win, having won his first league game against Bechem United earlier.

Meanwhile, it has emerged that Kotoko CAF Champions League opponents MC El-Eulma are expected in the country tomorrow for the return leg fixture this Sunday
