Asamoah Gyan was once again on the scoresheet for club side Al Ain as he rescued a valuable point for them in their Asaian Champions League match with Naft Tehran.
The captain of the Black Stars was on hand to bury a penalty on 58 minutes to draw the two sides level after Siamak Kooroshi gave the hosts the lead.
Gyan - who netted a brace over the weekend- looks to be regaining his form, as he looks to get back to his best after returning from the AFCON.
Al Ain are however yet to win a game in the tourney after they were held to a goalless draw in their first encounter Al Shabbab.
The result of Al Shabbab and Pakhator will determine if Al Ain remain in second place in the group.
