Away loss: John Boye loses against Galatasaray in Turkey

Black Stars defender John Boye was on the losing side on Friday night after in the Turkish Super League.

The Ghanaian was handed another start in the away game for Kayseri Erciyesspor after his cracker of a goal helped his side record a 3-0 win against Konyaspor last week.

Kayseri Erciyesspor lost the game against Galatasaray by three goals to one taking nothing from their travel.

Umut Bulut opened the scoring for home side Galatasaray in the 5 minute but Bjoern Vleminckx equalized for John Boye and his side before the first half interval.

Aurelien Chedjou and Wesley Sneijder scored two second half goals for Galatasaray to round of a 3-1 victory for the home side.

John Boye played in the entire duration of the game without a booking.
