Tema Youth FC have paid the amount of money due to their former coach Attila Sekerlioglu, as directed by FIFA.
Attila who was coach of Tema Youth in 2009 appealed to Fifa to demand for money due him after he was sacked.
In its ruling on the matter, FIFA called on the GFA to deduct points from Tema Youth should they renege in paying at the stipulated date.
The club was therefore deducted three points and three goals after the opening round of matches in the GN Bank Division One League.
As a result, Tema Youth lost the three points and goals in their opening match in zone three of the League despite winning 1-0.
However after informing FIFA about its payment of the money due to Attila, the Zone three club will now be accorded all points they earn in the subsequent League matches.
