-Medeama have never lost a home game against Ashgold (W3, D4)

-The first league encounter between these sides came in 2008 when Medeama then called Kessben fc lost away at Obuasi  to Ashgold by 0-2.

-Medeama and Ashgold have played on 14 occasions in the league, with either side winning four (4) games and the other six games ending in draws.

-Last season's clash between them at the T and A park ended goalless draw, but Ashgold edged the Tarkwa boys by a goal to nothing at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium in the return fixture.
