Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has urged Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to play German striker Lukas Podolski.
Although the ex-Wolves loanee is currently playing for Russian side FC Ufa, he is still on the lookout for his old club teammates' welfare.
Frimpong's desire for Wenger to give Podolski more chances is based on his interest to see the German get more opportunities.
According to Frimpong, such a chance - Podolski and Wenger play - comes rare this season. To see the same would surely also stir the interest of many.
In Frimpong's twitter account, Frimpong tagged ArsenalMail and said, "Lukas Podolski is not a player I'm willing to sell, insists Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger," and commented thereafter, "Then play him."
Podolski has been rumoured to join Inter Milan on a six-month loan deal.
