Allsports.com.gh understands senior members of the Black Stars will meet the management committee of the the team to discuss arrangements for the team's AFCON participation.
Top of the agenda will be the reported offer of $5000 as match fees during the tournament as well as other arrangements.
A source close to the playing body revealed to Allsports.com.gh the "unhappiness" of the playing body as to the arbitrary nature of the decision by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the "disrespect" in not trying to reach a consensus with the players before the decision was reached.
It is not clear whether the team playing body will accept the offer made by the Ministry with 19 days to the start of the AFCON in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
Meanwhile the team's first training session scheduled for Monday could be postponed as head coach Avram Grant has still not returned from his Christmas break.
