The 26-year-old returned to training almost a month ago but has yet to join the rest of the Eski?ehirspor for full scale training.
GHANAsoccernet.com has confirmed the former Heart of Lions defender is still training under the supervision of team doctors at his club and has not yet achieved the level to join the rest of the squad.
Akaminko has been out suffering the horrific in May while in action for Ghana in an international friendly to Ghana's pre-World Cup campaign.
He has not played for his club since suffering the injury.
