Nyaho cautions Grant: 'Don't invite Muntari, Essien and KPB'
19.12.2014 LISTEN

Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe has advised the new Black Stars coach, Avram Grant, to ignore Kevin-Prince Boateng, Michael Essien and Sulley Muntari.

Boateng and Muntari have been slapped with indefinite ban from the Black Stars for engaging in various acts of indiscipline at the World Cup staged in Brazil. Muntari struck a member of the Ghana management committee after a row over money in Brazil, while Boateng clashed with former Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah.

Grant has said he will consider an international return for Muntari and Boateng who were sent home in disgrace from the World Cup in Brazil.

However, ex Ghana FA boss Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe says the banned duo must not be recalled into the team unless they show remorse for their actions during the 2014 World Cup.

'If Avram Grant goes ahead to invite Sulley Muntari, Michael Essien and Kevin-Prince Boateng, I will lead campaign to ensure the he doesn't succeed in everything he does in this country,' he told Joy FM.

'If they go ahead to apologize then that is fine.
'They have to show respect not only to the team but to Ghanaians.

'For Muntari, this is not the first time, this is not the second time. This is the third time [he is misbehaving].'
