Turkish club Trabzonspor are reportedly interested in securing the services of Ghana midfielder Michael Essien.
The AC Milan midfilder has been the subject of a speculated move away from Italian club AC Milan in the last couple of months, with the Rossoneri looking to offload him.
According to Essien's agent Fabian Piveteau, his client has received an offer from the Turkish club, which also features Ghana forward Abdul Majeed Waris.
Pivetaeau told calcionews24.com: "Essien Premier wants League clubs. We have received proposals from the Turkish team Trabzonspor. In fact, we have also met several times about it."
"He is currently a Milan player, we don't know what the future holds. the future of what we do not know," he added.
Essien's Milan contract runs out at the end of the season, and the club is said to have no plans of renewing it.
