[caption id="attachment_276571" align="aligncenter" width="364"] One Man supporter has been accused of attempting to take bribe from Maxwell Konadu[/caption]Ex-Kotoko chief scout Ebenezer Sefah has launched a stinging potshot at Abraham Boakye, claiming the GHANSU president attempted to solicit bribe from Black Stars assistant coach Maxwell Konadu to wage a campaign for him.The damning revelation comes on the heels of demand from Abraham Boakye, affectionately called 'One man supporter', to have Maxwell Konadu sacked as Black Stars assistant coach. The President of the Ghana National Supporter's Union (GHANSU) told the Ghanaian media on Monday that the former Kotoko coach was not fit to hold his current position due to his involvement in Ghana's wrecked 2014 World Cup campaign. He therefore requested new trainer Avram Grant to pick his own assistant and start on a fresh note, claiming Konadu's continues stay as his number two was non-starter.He insisted Konadu was part of Kwesi Appiah's backroom staff who failed miserably to curb acts of indiscipline in the team and was therefore wrong for him to be retained. But coach Eben, a former chief scout for Ghanaian giants Kotoko, and a close ally of Maxwell Konadu has claimed Boakye's recent comments are mischievous and tainted with envy.He claimed on one of Ghana's leading sports stations, Happy FM that Mr Boakye is peeved after several attempts to solicit bribe from Maxwell Konadu failed.“Let me put it on record that One man supporter (Abraham Boakye) attempted to take bribe from Maxwell Konadu and because he failed, he has decided to go on this tangent,” he told Happy FM“He requested for money to wage a campaign for Maxwell to be named substantive Black Stars coach but he flatly refused.“He (Boakye) tried to use me to influence Maxwell but it didn't work. The kind of things he's saying now are not genuine but borne out of a deal simply gone bad.“He's no saint and he can take me on if he thinks what I'm saying is untrue. I am ready for him. He's sinking.”The Ghana FA has confirmed the former Under-20 caretaker coach will deputize for the Israeli during his two and half year stay with the Black Stars.
