LeSean McCoy rushed for 159 yards and a touchdown as the Eagles overcame the Cowboys 33-10 at AT T Stadium.

Eagles quarterback Mark Sanchez was solid, completing 20 of 29 passes for 217 yards and a touchdown, while he also had a scoring run.

It saw the Eagles move outright top of the NFC East with a 9-3 win-loss record, while the Cowboys (8-4) are left in second.

Tony Romo was intercepted twice, with his 199 yards coming on the back of 18 of 29 completed passes.

Sanchez's two-yard run and 27-yard touchdown pass to Jordan Matthews set up a 14-point first quarter for the Eagles.

DeMarco Murray's one-yard run pulled the Cowboys back into the contest in the second but Cody Parkey drilled three field-goals for the Eagles.

McCoy's 38-yard run for a touchdown in the third put the Eagles in complete control as they eased to victory.

The Seattle Seahawks were 19-3 winners over the San Francisco 49ers to improve to an 8-4 win-loss record.

Russell Wilson went 15 of 22 for 236 yards and a touchdown, closing in on NFC West leaders the Arizona Cardinals (9-2).

The 49ers (7-5) are third after Colin Kaepernick (16 of 29 for 121 yards and two intercepts) struggled.

The Detroit Lions rallied from an early deficit to brush past the Chicago Bears 34-17.

Calvin Johnson caught two touchdown passes, receiving 11 for 146 yards, as the Lions improved to 8-4.

Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford completed 34 of 45 passes for 390 yards and two touchdowns.
