The Ghana Football Association has refused to go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) to contest a CAF decision to disqualify its U17 team from the 2015 African Junior Championship.
An Executive Committee will on Thursday decide not to challenge CAF's ruling after the Organising Committee of the tournament banned Ghana for fielding an over-aged player.
CAF on Wednesday announced that its Appeal Board has upheld the decision and threw away Ghana's appeal.
Ghana were banned after a protest by Cameroon over the MRI test of one of Isaac Twum who plays for Heart of Lions.
